Preliminary Discussion: Before purchasing a frame, select the frame you want and request a shipping quote from us. Along with the quote, we will provide preliminary construction documents that you can submit to your local building department to discuss your project and review any specific requirements.
If your building department requires any changes, please contact our engineering department or consult your own to confirm the necessary structural modifications to the frame. Please note that additional costs may apply for these changes.
Choose Your Foundation: Select either a cement slab or pier and beam foundation based on your consultation with your building department.
Order Your Frame: Purchase your custom frame, specifying your chosen foundation type. Note that the plans provided with your purchase are final.
Get the site ready for frame delivery. Additionally, clear and level the construction area, then mark the layout for your foundation.
Follow the plans to install either a
cement slab or pier and beam foundation.
Position and secure the pre-assembled
wall frames to the foundation.
Place and secure the roof trusses on
top of the wall frames.
Ensure all connections are secure, and the structure is level.

Cold-formed steel is a term commonly used for steel products shaped by cold working processes carried out near room temperature, such as rolling and pressing. It is utilized in residential and commercial buildings up to 10 stories. Cold-formed steel has a lower production cost per unit compared to structural steel, is made from recycled materials, and requires a smaller crew to install.
